Our Process.

Nissan Canada wanted to ensure brand consistency across all of their many franchised dealerships. To do so, iGotcha Media developed an in-store digital experience strategy to help franchisees strengthen their branding. We developed a content strategy where standardized campaigns from Nissan Canada’s head office were blended with RSS feeds, such as local weather, news and dealer-specific content to maintain visual unity and overall tone. 

For their auto show experience, we developed a digital experience that facilitated lead generation and encouraged visitors to request more information.

Our Solution.

Our solutions include strategy, creativity, content, procurement, integration of technology, and content management and support. We provided a full turnkey solution that uses our easy-to-use proprietary content management software, iGotcha Signage, which empowers dealers to customize their content while staying on brand. To improve the customer experience and create sales opportunities, the new content templates adjusted to the territory, using RSS feeds such as weather and news. The dynamic digital content is used for internal communication, health and safety updates, car ads and more!  Our integration specialists updated hardware, software and fully designed and orchestrated the migration on an existing network of over 100 dealerships. The result? 15% network growth in less than a year and the mobilization of over 30% of registered dealers who, even today, successfully create and manage their own content. The tool we developed is so popular with Nissan that we have opened the AD program to the Infiniti brand.

Nissan’s auto show experience attracts, engages and converts visitors through beautifully designed content and interactive custom-built tablet applications. This experience facilitates lead generation, allowing visitors to send requests for information directly from the lead form on the iPad to a dealer.
